My website is going down down and down... please suggest me some good ideas to take it up... please...

What exactly were you doing in terms of gathering backlinks and how were your tiers supported? How often do you update? How unique is your content?
 
Give your site url so that we can ensure that what type of help do you need and what can be done to improve the situation in your perspective.

i,m doing social bookmarking, article submission, press release submission, forum posting, blog commenting, driving traffic daily through social networking.. even changing the whole content of the website after every 30 days...
 
create squidoo and hub page, use local citation, don't do over SEO, and watch your competitors what they are doing.

creating pages on squidoo and hubpages is a idea thanks a lot... and i have checked my competitors website they are getting backlinks from so many non-submission websites.. how is this possible.... i don't think they have bought this much links.... i think there are some ways to get backlinks.... and i don't getting it...
 
They are most likely reciprocal link partners which are mutual link between two common websites. Look up one-way and two-way links and that should answer most of your questions.
 
What exactly do you mean by CHANGING your content completely every 30 days? Hopefully your existing content remains so that you can build up the content of your site rather than it's completely different every month? What you ared doing externally sounds fine, but I'm just getting a niggling suspicion of something... an unlikely something but I thought I'd better ask the question.

i mean.. i makes some changes on every page.... updates them aprrox. every 30 days... so that it could reamin unique... is it wrong?

hi.. i have checked this link.. but that guys posted that thread in 2009. do you think that idea will work on these days as well as after google made some hard rules in it's mega updates.?
 
Yes , This method is still a good way of getting unique one way back links. If you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself find some one in the BST section and just have them do it.
