VPS is the safer way.

buy a cheap VPS, you can found 64mb ram for 1$ and install squid proxy. Edit the config to hide that its a proxy and setup password

I am totally white hat on everything I do in life but respect those looking for an edge. I have paypal account in 4 different countries legally and transfer money between them when I am low in a bank account in one country or need to buy something when abroad. They have locked my accounts so many times I can't keep track. I was an original x-commercial member and I always get, "Wow! You have one of the first accounts." This doesn't help me from getting locked when I use a vpn accidentally when I log in.

The security also keeps track of mac address, a new computer might flag it. It is so random.

How do you know, they do? How can you be sure? How do they get the mac address?
