How can i separate a list with a space and comma?

How do i separate it instead of lines put a comma and space.. like [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] ect.

I'd just use the replace function in notepad

get it to replace ".com" with " ," (space comma)

then repeat with all extensions (.net, .co.uk etc)

Bit hard to see what you really want with that thin sliver of an example!

If you do this ofter, you are better off getting the SoborSoft Extract Email from Text File. Then, you can save it as a list or as a comma.

I know there are ways to do it with Excel but I have never learned since instead, I use the program above.

How does the OP copying and pasting text into Excel do anything for him? In my example, that is equal to buying a computer and turning it on.

If you are trying to help, the prove it. Paste step-by-step how to turn his list into what he needs.

OP - Another suggestion is to download ASAP Utilities (its free). It's the most powerful plugin I have ever used for Excel. Select your data, select the Text menu (in ASAP Utilities) and click the first option 'Insert Before/After Each Selection' and in the After box, put a comma and space.

Another, longer option is to paste your records in Excel, and create a new column and in it, only have a comma and space and merge them together. Then, copy that into a .html file and when you open it in a browser, it will all be in a continuous format as you requested.

As you can see, there are multiple ways to do this. Some easier than others but some are more easy for a one-time operation. See what Jimmy says though.

Maybe you didn't realize he said "How do I". Not "What program should I use".

If you are going to walk your gf/wife to the car, you don't just walk to the door and stand there like an idiot - you either open and close the door or you don't offer to do anything. You had a chance to help and blew it as far as I'm concerned.

BHW is a great community of people helping people and sometimes that means step-by-step. If he asked you how to market his site with SEO, I would not expect full details.

As far as the real world goes, it does work as I said. You either put up or shut up! Simple as that.

Otherwise, use macros to work with with a big list
