MY REVIEW
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this service. I ordered the smallest package to test this out. For all that you receive for $39, it sounds too good to be true - and it has proven to be so.
While I did see some minor SERP movement, I'm concerned with the overall quality of the links built. For starters, the Titles and Article body on all the articles and wikis are very poorly spun. Not just grammatical, but no real variation. All the Titles sound almost the same. This is a big problem.
Secondly, all the articles have the link in the exact same location - the last sentence of the article. This is a huge red flag and an obvious footprint. Since you do not receive any of the Blog network URLs I cannot be certain of their content but you can only assume that they used the same poorly spun content on those as well. The last issue I have is that I setup Google Alerts for a few of these keywords just to test them. I have received numerous alerts for these keywords over the last 3 weeks and you can clearly tell when the page is part of a blog network. Many of these blog networks had a PR of 0. What's the point in posting my article to PR0 blog networks that have likely been de-indexed.
I believe this service would be a great value IF the content were better spun and they made sure your posts were not made on possible de-indexed sites. My suggestion, and what I will likely do in the future, is to create my own articles and use them with services such as this. It seems that nearly ALL services that use spun content have this common occurring problem with lack of real variation.

Just to clear some things.
First of all, we write one article and than we spun it using our custom database to prevent any footprints, and we optimize these articles for backlinks.
Using these articles you saw SERP MOVE, and there will be more because we just started to work on your backlinks to get them indexed.
With so bad articles like you mentioned, there is no chance to get any SERP MOVE, and you should know that.
Also when you feel next time you want to leave honest review, please don't forget to mention all elements, like instead of 100 wikis you got 1000 of them, instead of 100 article directories you got 260+, instead of 100 social bookmarks you got 140, plus submission to our old and our newest blog network, i think that is also very important, beside things you mentioned.

Well, your spinning methods are poor. I suggest you improve your "custom database" because these are certainly footprintable. The Title is the most important part of a campaign like this and from my reports I can see there are about 4 variations of the title.

That's It. That is UNACCEPTABLE.
YOU SHOULD KNOW, it matters not HOW many extra links you provided when all the title and articles are almost identical and definitely footprinting. Google has gotten smart. Poor practices like placing the link in the lastsentence OF EVERY ARTICLE, plus badly spun content and lack of variation in Titles practically screams "I bought a linkbuilding service!" to Google. I'm not impressed with "over delivering" - just give me what I paid for and a good service. This was NOT a good service.
And as for you over-delivery - of the 238 articles you sent me in the report, only 116 contained a link back to my URLs per a scrapebox check. So it's a good thing you over-delivered because only 48% of the sites have my link. Are you wasting your time building links to pages that do not exist or articles that don't contain my link?
Bottom Line - This service needs to be improved.

Beside all things and all Google alerts you telling here, you should be penalized by now by Google, but you saw SERP MOVE, and I'm 100% sure that you will see more SERP moving in coming weeks, because these links we made for your will stick there, and will improve your ranking, I'm 100% sure in that.
I didn't check but 116 article directories are not ONLY, because you paid for 100 and you got 16 article directories more, you also got 1000 wikis instead of 100 and 140 manual social bookmarks instead of 100.
