Hey guys, ok so we will be changing a few aspects regarding the welcome packs, let me explain a bit more, after going indepth into a clients site that just wouldn't move, we found that the onsite score was 40% which is terrible, we also found copied content and other stuff that would hinder SERPs and for sure fail a manual inspection, this then led us to the conclusion that we need to start doing these indepth analysis from day one rather than the basic onsite checks we were doing before which were coming back fine, so that being said from now on the welcome email will be sent within 24 hours this will just include tracking links, then within 72 hours of sign up (depending on work load but usually 72 hours) we will send you an indepth onsite analysis of your site, we will include our thoughts on the keywords you have choosen, we will include our opinion in terms of you ranking for those keywords and any other pointers we feel you should know and adjustments you should make!
This we feel is the best way for us to get off to a good start rather than having to fix issues on down the line which is not ideal for both us or the client. So over the next week now we are going through all current clients sites with a fine tooth comb and any that we feel need adjustments will be contacted.
Also guys we will be rolling out the 10 KWs/URLs to all current clients by the end of August and you will all remain on the same price plan, we'll be in touch about this soon! As always if you need anything hit me up!

How did you come up with this number? Did you use some software to analyze the sites? If so, what software? Maybe some of us can make sure our sites are good to go before signing up and wasting your time.

Hey man, we use a number of softwares, the main ones being the tools in the SEOMOZ arsenal such as "Trifecta", we also do manual inspections and previous link profile analysis, its no waste of time as we will be doing these mandatory now on entry, looking forward to working with you and feel free to add me to skype or hit me up via email if you have any pre-signup questions

Hey guys, just a quick shout out here to let you all know that we are in the process of going through all your sites now indepth so please keep an eye on your inbox over the next week as any clients with issues with onsite will be contacted with guidelines on how to fix said issues.
Also as mentioned we will be going to 10 kws/urls by the end of August, we will start this transition within the next 2 weeks!
