E-mail Confirmation Prob in AMR

Hello, Yesterday I tried using AMR using CP accounts, but when I check my cp e-mail there are 'NO EMAILS' found in it. Even AMR is not confirming it. Any suggestions?

You'll need to select all the emails in your inbox, move it to a new folder, then mark all the emails unread, then move them into your inbox again. Do it in this order and it should work.

Actually there are no emails in my cp accounts. When I send any test mail from any other account (gmail/yahoo) it is saying failure. But when I sent any test mail from the cp to gmail, it can be send eaisily..
