We will check the speed of your campaign. The max delivery rate for Fabebook fans is 2,000 per day but it can slow down during the weekend and/or for technical reasons.

Are your YouTube videos AdSense safe? You say they won't put the account at risk, but there is no mention of AdSense?
If your videos are real, they will be counted by AdSense, but there may be a risk if prerolls are enabled.
