Replicate a website and Earn 50-50

How do you manage 50/50 split when theres 4 people? Before your post on 7-10

GTFO when I contacted you you had 2 spots open and everything and you was responding nicely to my PM and everything then when I said I am ready to work add my skype you just blank me. This was 3 days ago when you had spots open you just purposely decided I will not respond.
