I am selling myself too but I am low on cashflow. I don't have enough cashflow to sell good amounts (Because I also need to pay the factory to ship the product). I also have the ebay limits as well since I am just starting out. If I get more sellers here, we both can benefit and earn money faster.

As for Europe, the shipping will be different prices. Like I said to anatho, tell me a specific country and I can tell you a proper shipping quote.
