Lucky you! I got a penny, a check for 0.01.

I don't know whether to keep it for chuckles or cash it and make them spend the resources to process it.

The check is not from Google, but from the law firm. Search for "Hanson vs Google", and you'll see it.

The letter was the size of a post card and was sent folded in half. The check is about 1/3 of the one side. Its really not that exciting of a pic.

I still remember when google buzz sent me an email asking if I wanted to sign up to be included,
I quickly applied thinking I was gonna get paid...Oh well, guess Google just bought me a pack of Newports...thanks G..

haha i read this and went to check the mail and I got one too, $2.71 cents, BOO-YAH! Don't understand how they came up with the money amount, if they got sued for charging 120% of the daily budget, shouldn't we get 20% back? cause I spent like 6 grand a month for 2 months in the time the lawsuit is referring too, and only got $2 back, sick thanks settlement fund, such a great settlement.

Some people are saying they signed up for the lawsuit, I didn't, I didn't even know about it until I just read this post, did other people get one who didn't sign up?

I got the same check for a whopping 11 cents... I'm sure a huge portion of these less than dollar checks will never be deposited, leaving them with an even bigger share.
