Death by Captcha is fine, but as long as you are doing one, why not do both and give people more choices.

The reason they were never added in the past is mainly because captchas cost and posting thousands daily could quickly become costly which is why Captcha sniper was implemented instead.

It might not be in the next update but I will look at getting a service or two added soon. Cheers for the input.

approved, using it myself, damm its lazy :) the app has quite active development on it as well

Hi,

You might reconsider using it as it is a straight road to get your website in "Stop Spam Forum"
/-> check out this screen that doesn't need comments from one of my wp systems:

and yes, that link leads directly to this topic :/

... is he "setting-up" bhw as well? ... humm

well, decided to add comment history of this particular comment that was caught without problems by simple wp antispam plugin:

So you are complaining that a blog commenter posted a comment to your blog? On a black hat forum no less. A black hat forum that you have been a part of for almost 2 years now...

are the links that you receive targeted? Are they Quality links?

The links will be from sites found using the keywords entered with the profile, when these keywords have been exhausted NHSEO will find keywords relevant to these original keywords and so on. When all relevant keywords are used up NHSEO will begin searching with trending keywords.

Link quality is variable as you would get with a natural linking profile. There are controls for limiting the links by some quality factors such as PR and/or outbound links. I often hear from users that have generated lots of great links upto (and even over) PR7 so there are definitely lots of high quality links to be had.

I built up 20k links over about 2 weeks or more, and just checked them. 18 links showed as 'existed' out of 20k...
I understand that the majority of them are probably not auto approved, but damn that's low.

No you probably checked the unconfirmed posts to check. These are the comments and links that were NOT auto-approved. If you were to check the confirmed links you will see far more links. You can easily reference the number of links you have as it is listed in the profile list under the "Confirmed Links" column.

Okay, my mistake. I was looking at unconfirmed.
Confirmed shows 160 which I'm not sure is much better, lol.

Usually the reason for low link numbers is either bad proxies or using too many searching threads for the amount of working proxies entered. I would expect far more results than that with all default settings and no proxies to be honest. Where were your proxies from, if you were using them, and how many searching threads were set in Settings=>More?

Sometimes having an overly long anchor text can lower amount of comments that are accepted as some blogs have a limit set on this. Also it is always good to remember that if using a limit such as OBL, PR or bad words this will also reduce amount of links created, the amount can be determined by looking in the log to see what most posts are failing on. If using a PR limit you will need to be using good working proxies and plenty of them as this will require a lot of PR requests to google.

I hope that helps some.

No proxies used, and the keywords entered are pretty broad, think "electronics" or "health", so a lot should come up. Max threads says 15, and searching threads says 1, I assume I should increase that?

I have to say, couple people had posted that this remove them from page rank. I have to agree, everytime i use it my rank goes down and my site get remove from alexa ranking too. I do have a high "sites linked in" over 643. Anyhow, it's proven that this software was the problem for me at lease. Time to search for another software.

It 100% has not. I am fed up of people coming in here posting absolute shit that I know they cannot backup.

Sites drop in rankings all the time and I have been shown many examples where the user "knows" that NHSEO has caused a drop in ranking or an outright ban and I have then shown the user where the website in question is using poor on-page techniques or has simply been over taken by other competitors due to their work or a major search engine algorithm change.

I could show you numerous accounts of people getting first page (and even #1) rankings with NHSEO as well as high PR links and low OBL links but really there is no point.

It really is so very easy to claims something outrageous in a sales thread but I have shown over and over to many many people that NHSEO is not a threat, for example when the penguin update was released many people thought that NHSEO was somehow being targeted by Google. When Penguin was released there was a very large number of users of NHSEO that did not see any drop in rankings whatsoever and some that even saw a slight increase in traffic from the update.

I have actually proven, rather than spouted an opinion, lots of times that NHSEO was not the deciding factor in these dropped rankings and I have been backed up by different users that also did not see a drop from Penguin. I have shown my traffic stats from numerous websites and even whole servers hosting 20+ domains that most had the NHSEO treatment and not a single domain saw any noticeable drop in traffic.

I really thought we were past this stupid mud-slinging phase.

Edit: I forgot to even touch on all of the different controls to give each individual page of all websites / profiles their own anchor text, limit posting to a page based on PR or outbound links and to limit posting if bad words are found, you can set comments per profile and even target specific regions or domains on a per profile basis. If you are concerned about quality then there are loads of controls to prevent posting to lower quality sites.

No do not increase the threads numbers until you find out what is wrong with your profile or settings. Are you using any kind of limit (OBL, PR or bad words etc)? You may want to PM me your anchor text because something is limiting your link numbers, you could also setup TeamViewer and I will login to have a look at your settings to see what is wrong.

Also what version are you using?

Sent in a request since getting multiple instance error. I havemn't used your app in a long time, and just switched my servers.

I have a domain that has about 1200 pages. How can I fit in the domain and pages in your app? I like to see if your software can index these pages.

Thanks

Hey man relax, I'm not trying to batch your software like that I'm just letting you know my experience. I can tell you this much for a fact. 1) my site is new just about couple months 2) no hand seo is the only software i ran 3)my traffic is either constant but mostly growing. It just take a few weeks for alexa to add my site back to the directory rank but i know for a fact that every time i run no hand seo it affected my page rank which happens 2 times before, this 3rd time i decide to uninstall it. I'm going to wait for alexa to show my rank again before i move on to another SEO software.

If you are definitely not running NHSEO and you are getting the message that it cannot open because it is already running then for some reason it cannot access the database. This could be due to a firewall / Av software blocking access or the DB file could have been moved or deleted or maybe it is being run on a different Windows user than the one that installed it.

You could enter the website as a website profile and let NHSEO crawl it itself or you could enter the profile and then add the pages via a .txt file in the Profile Handler, either way should work fine.

So you come into my sales thread with very little experience with a new website claiming that it has been proven to damage a website and expect me to just accept it? Its absolute rubbish and I have every right to defend my product when someone is slandering it or myself.

Saying something is proven is not an opinion at all and some people reading may take your word for it and it is very damaging to my business. If NHSEO were to harm your website by some form of penalisation you would be penalised not go down then come up and then down and then up and then down all in 2 months. It is because your website is new. If you would like to tell me the website address I could probably give you a few more reasons why your site is jumping around but as with all new sites it is because you have no history. A website jumping around the rankings is absolutely perfectly normal for nearly every single new website in every search engine, it has no history.

I don't like to get aggressive with people but you have to see how frustrating it is to have someone say that it has been "proven" to be damaging and then their experience is using it with a single 2month old website, its absolutely ridiculous. I have used, and still do use, NHSEO regularly on brand new websites and established websites alike, as do thousands of other users, and I only get the occasional person trying to claim that it is damaging in any way. Funnily enough these people always seem to base their "opinion", invariably stated as fact, on a website that is still finding its place in the rankings.

What you put is just like the guy that claimed NHSEO dropped his rankings even though he had it setup completely wrong and it had created just a couple of links or the guy claiming outright deindex of his.... brand new website, as with any tool you will get results based on what you put in.

If you would like to mention your website via PM or email I will happily advise how you could stabilise your traffic somewhat but generally give it time and continue to build quality content and backlinks and don't make a habit of posting these things in trusted sellers of tools that have been proven (not opinion) to work on more than many occasions and you will be fine.
