I think he means a bot to share videos to other users, ones that use the API to send thousands... I can't find a working one either :/

TubeToolbox is THE video sharing bot. They had a major quirk on May 31st where the software accidently continued to share the same video to the same user over and over and it would then be reported as spam. Many many user's YouTube accounts were suspended because of this. I lost many of my accounts. I've been too scared to try it since. The software was fairly effective. I was able to send about 600 shares per day and from that around 100 would actually watch the video. Sure, not a lot of views but they were real and these people left comments and would often subscribe.
