This is very nice advice, and I am one of those noobs, having just joined a couple of days ago. I like these forums more than two other BH forums I've joined in the last two weeks as this one has quite a bit more, helpful How To info, and inspiring journals. Eric Thomas is best motivator , he does have ebook, but i havent read it yet, might take a look
