Hi Clyde,

Just a quick one... your uNiches.com site, why doesn't the keywords/niches get updated on there?

Literally each one of the keywords I have checked is outdated...

Just curious to find out if and when it gets updated.

Also, I have sent you a mail with some screenshots regarding descrepencies with UNF and Google Keyword Tool. Now, I might just be doing something wrong, but I would appreciate if you could help me out please.

I've replied to your email. You're supposed to check "Exact" on the left side of Google Adwords Keyword Tool.

As for uNiches, the data is from SEMrush, hence the discrepancies. This is also reason I'm giving it out as a BONUS.

It's good for Brainstorming ideas, but for accuracy you'll need to use UNF.

I am interested in purchasing this software but another user of the software told me that the proxies that he inputs into the software are all coming back as "Not Working" even though he's put in plenty of working proxies from a variety of sources -- granted they are public, but he tested them manually through the browser and even some through Scrapebox. If I have any issues with the software, will you guys help me troubleshoot it or at worst offer a refund if the software does not function as promised?

Can anyone confirm that public proxies are indeed working with the software? I ask because I know that Google has changed their algorithm for IP bans and proxies are being banned much quicker. I look forward to your response.

I installed update today and found few new settings... what should I enter under "competition checker" access ID - secret key?

Also, if I change country under settings will it use new country when calculation difficulty or does it always use US results ?

Most public proxies won't work because the proxies need to be Google-enabled and also hasn't been banned by SEOmoz.

That been said, you can analyze competition without proxies for about 800 keywords without proxies at a speed of 10 seconds per keyword. With 10 proxies, this can go to as fast as 1 second per keyword. I recommend that you use proxies from proxy51.com

As for support, ours is the best, just email askclyde-at-hotmail.com if you have problems.

Yes, it'll use the new country to calculate difficulty.
As for the new settings, those will be removed soon. It was a mistake that it shows for you.

I'll implement a view details functionality so you can look at the exact formula we use.

Any time frame on when this might be implemented? It would be great to see how the scores are calculated by looking at the raw data.

I just bought this product today and wanted to leave my review. Ultimate Niche Finder is probably the BEST keyword research and competition analyzer tool on the market right now. I have market samurai but the inability to analyze mass keywords at once makes it kind of useless for me now a days. I still use it on occasion because it's a good piece of software but they are still using Bing's index (which is crap). UNF is not only fast, but its accurate! It is DEFINITELY worth the less than $50 you'll pay for it and it'll pay for itself over and over again (even though I haven't used any of the keywords yet, I am quite versed in keyword research and I can tell that this software is a gold mine).

It works flawlessly with public proxies that I harvest using Scrapebox (my own sources) and do a quick Google test in Scrapebox and then pass them onto UNF and it works great (although a few still show up as not working). I may invest into private proxies soon but I haven't really found the need as of yet because I don't use Scrapebox to do large blasts thus don't really need private proxies. I may invest in some shared proxies so that UNF works a little bit faster because the proxies I harvested were quite slow so it was slowing down the software -- and even then it was running pretty fast (considering the amount of information it has to gather). With the fact that the software will constantly be updated, you'd be stupid to not get it at this price as they may raise the price in the future as the demand goes up.

Perhaps they will implement a rank tracker of some sort in the future -- but I'd really like to see the LSI keywords add-on from Keyword Scout in here as well. Even without that, I love UNF!

Yeah, I'm a customer and they've been really good. You're free to choose other providers though.

After recents updates time out issue is more pronounced than ever. Can't search at all.

The recent update actually fixed the time out issue, we changed it from 1.5s to 4.5s and then 9s but today we changed it again to 30s.

Please restart to update. Make sure you have a US-based Adwords account that's in English.

Nobody else are having this problem except for people with less than 0.10 MB download speed.
