why don't you use IP rental.They are really good and provide good support.Best of luck.

i will suggest you manually, check this step:-
Click on "Start"
Click on "Run"
Type in "command" and hit ok. You should now be at an MSDOS prompt screen.
Type "ipconfig /release" just like that, and hit "enter"
Type "exit" and leave the prompt
Right-click on "Network Places" or "My Network Places" on your desktop.
Click on "properties"
You should now be on a screen with something titled "Local Area Connection", or something close to that, and, if you have a network hooked up, all of your other networks.
Right click on "Local Area Connection" and click "properties"
Double-click on the "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" from the list under the "General" tab
Click on "Use the following IP address" under the "General" tab
Create an IP address (It doesn't matter what it is. I just type 1 and 2 until i fill the area up).
Press "Tab" and it should automatically fill in the "Subnet Mask" section with default numbers.
Click "Ok" button here
Click "Ok" button again
You should now be back to the "Local Area Connection" screen.
Right-click back on "Local Area Connection" and go to properties again.
Go back to the "TCP/IP" settings
This time, select "Obtain an IP address automatically"
Click "Ok"
Click"Ok" again
You now have a new IP address
Click on "Start"
Click on "Run"

There are Lots IP hider software for Free just search into Google and Dowload it. You can hide the IP of Your of different Countries

Use proxy. There are many private and public proxies. Get something meets your needs.

By the way, this will not work, if you are behind a router, all you are doing is changing the local ip address the router uses. The router IP is the one everyone sees.
The simplest way to change your IP address is to unplug your router overnight.
Most larger ISP's set ip address to expire after a few hours of non use. If your router is offline when the lease expires, your IP address is returned to the pool, and a new one reissued when your router comes back online. (I have comcast, and it takes about 5 hours for me to loose my old one and get a new one.)
This is because they only have a pool of so many addresses to rotate thru, so they only lease them for a short period of time.
If you simply unplug the router and plug it back in, it will still have the same address, you must leave it offline until the address lease expires.
Occasionally, you get the same one reissued if there is not a lot of traffic on the ISP, but for me this usually works.
It will not work if you have a static IP address from your ISP.

use HMA VPN its the easiest way to change your ip.
I'd suggest privoxy
a free tool and open source to customize according to you your needs
comes up with plugins for firefox and IE
