You could just rip the site using a site ripper/cloning tool.

Then just change what you want and there you have it

thats a simple wp theme, and shortcodes...
you could do it in almost anything though DHTML would be good, but since wp is a cms, it would make it faster.

That site is HTML based. I already checked if it was wordpress as it would be as simple as a WP theme download but unfortunately not.

I'm totally new to this SEO. The only way I know how to create websites/blogs is through wordpress. So are you saying I can simply copy and paste the html code and viola, I have my site. I think I'll take up one of you guys on the JV offer

So I use this tool to rip the site, then what? How do I make a clone of it through my hostgator account?

When you rip the site you save the files to your computer then upload them all at once into HG.

Then you can edit the site HTML code within HG if needs be and change the images , Checkout links etc

That sort of thing

Well technically, no. You wouldn't have the directory full of all the images they used so your site would be incomplete, and depending on if they defined their image sizes layout might look funky without images in place.

But you can copy / paste / edit and voila
