1. Is the domain an EMD for 1 of the keyword targeted for the homepage?
2. You mentioned that we cannot choose the niche and the domain/keywords delivered are final. However, what you deliver might not be what we want. Is this possible that you let us choose among the many niches that you have?
3. Do you have any refund policy? Please give us an update on that.
4. One of the answer to your FAQ seems incomplete. Kindly update it accordingly.

1. No. The domain will not be an EMD. If I get an EMD, it will not be an old domain and have PR or authority.

2. After delivery we can not change the site. Because the buyer will already have our keywords and niche. We will not build illegal, porn or gambling sites. Anyhow, buyer can mention preferred niche while they order. If we have domains on that niche, we will deliver.

3. There will be no refund due the type of the service. However, we will refund if the site is not finished on time.
