How to get facebook friends?

I want to set up some FB fan page and earn something from it. I need min. 3000 friends to my profile, and my problem is I completely don't know how to get theese friends... I have currently only 200 friends. Any advice how to reach 5000 facebook friends?

The easiest way to get friends is to find and subscribe to those people that always post viral pictures. They always want to get more subscribers, so they will usually post in the comments "Like this comment and subscribe and you will get 1000+ friend requests" The way they get you these friend requests is they put your profile link on their wall and there 100,000 plus subscribers see it and request you as a friend.

So all the friends are real people.

I've just been down the road your on. I got 3k friends on a profile telling people to add me on pages/groups. Honestly to start out having a decent account could jump boost you a little, but in the long run your better off running down other roads. I would get about maybe 50 friends a day to join, but the methods I learned to do exceed that a bit and my page hasn't even took off.

1. Good Posts, something that draws attention.
2. Get your group everywhere.

I do that and 2k3 in my fan page with only 800 friends in my acc fb.
