I am starting to get a bad feeling from this, everything is starting to take a dive. From site 1 even site 2 is going down for its google images search traffic and natural traffic from google is still nowhere to be found.

Will wait a little longer, but I will be writing some content and making some high quality links myself.

KW1: #4-6 goes on and off. ----> 3 (+1 )---> 5-7 (-3) Not good
KW2: #8-10 ----> 4 (+4 ) ---> 3 (+1) one up
KW3: #9 ----> 1 (+8 ) ---> 3 (-2)

I targeted a 4th keyword but that one went out of top 100 (-??? )(extreme hard competition, brand competition)

Your keywords are still raking good and this Link building has done 1 month ago..its showed great result and your second site also ranking from no where to #92 position. check carefully for second site You have to build Link consistently to maintain position and update your content

Yes first and second are correct as I have written as well. Only third has no movement/went down. Anyways I will keep thread updated. And offcourse I will add content but If I add many more backlinks I wouldn't know how effective your service was...
