2 questions about Flippa

I am going to sell one of my website and created Flippa listing about 2 weeks ago ( at the moment my listing is not active ) but have 2 problems:

1. If I click on "Enter financial details" then there's no June month. How can I enter June financial details?

2. How can I change my website screenshot on Flippa? This one which Flippa automatically took is 2 weeks old one.

It's against the rules on Flippa to claim revenue earnings on a website established less than 2 months ago. That is why there isn't a place to enter financials. If you try to enter financials in the description or title your listing will most likely be reported quickly by a competitor and Flippa will take it down without a refund for violating the 2 month rule.

The screen shot is a bit trickier. If it captured a screenshot from two weeks ago then that is when you first entered the URL to sell. Even if you don't complete the listing the screenshot is stored with the URL. To fix this, delete your draft and use a different browser to recreate the listing. This will cause Flippa to send a new call through the 3rd party screen catcher API so a new image is grabbed. For some odd reason if you try to do this with the same browser, even if you clear the cache it still recalls the old picture. Switching the browser usually solves the problem and will get you a new screen grab.

I have 9 last month revenue which I want to enter there "Enter Financial details" but there is no last month box June to fill out. Last one is May. Where the hell is June?

Probably because you started the listing 2 weeks ago in May. Have you tried looking again today (1st July)? You wouldn't be able to enter June until the full month has passed.

To get round the screenshot issue, you can also ask Flippa support to refresh the screenshot. Might be easier than deleting the draft and starting again.

Sorry I misunderstood when you said "two weeks ago". I thought you established the website two weeks ago.

Flippa script is a bit behind most likely. June will probably appear tomorrow or Tuesday.

You can also get around these things by simply stating them in your Flippa auction.

For example I had sites with over 2 years revenue, I just put them on the listing and screenshot the earnings for 2 years.

This isn't very good advice. Lots of regular buyers skim 100s of listings a day, so will quickly skip your listing if the revenue graph isn't accurate. Most people won't actually read the revenue description so even though the Flippa stats/graphs are worthless, some people do actually use them.

Good luck with their support responding in a reasonable time.

Even with 20 attachments you could just open notepad, copy and paste your title, description, form data and attachment descriptions, dump the draft, rebuild it pasting all the stuff back in, uploading the attachments and be done in less than 10 mins.

If you email them now don't expect a response for at least another 9 hours. Although they claim weekend support, I've never heard of anyone getting anything but cookie-cutter responses over the weekend. I think their weekend support is only for emergency issues with their website and not for customer service issues.

Good luck, I'd just knock it out and be done with it in 10 mins rather than wait for Flippa to report to work in 9 hours and maybe help you today or maybe let you want another day as I'm sure your issue is low priority with them.

What Meathead1234 said plus your listing won't show in the left column under revenue sorts if you don't use Flippa's revenue feature. Many buyers will click those quick filters looking for websites with revenue claims in their range. If you bypass Flippa's revenue feature your site doesn't appear over there.

Revenue box still not showed up. Need to create new listing. Flippa reply:

We can refresh your screenshot photo, but if you start a new listing, this will happen automatically.
