We do not ping everything, for safety reasons, we do ping some.
After Penguin/Panda it is important to be safe, and that is why we don't ping.

Yes, but if it contains special characters (with apostrophe) the stick rate will not be as good.
But if it contains English characters (A-Z) then it's good to go!

Although I didn't target any specific keyword to get ranked, but all the 3 keywords that I give to them now are in page 1 of Google SERP..
And most important thing, my site traffic was hit by Penguin, I lost about 70% of traffic..and it was decreasing day by day..
but after the service.. I see my traffic become more stable and even in the last week the traffic increasing about 10%..
