AMR - yes in rotation (as per blueprint)
UAW - no, use to power up important manual Web 2.0 sites
XRumer - what sort of links you are talking about? Profile links are the dumbest way to use XRumer but even profile links can be send to the money site if they are right profile links. Rule of thumb is to avoid spam to the money site. However automation != spam.

Also, spam is not as easy as you might think. Try to spam the competitor out or SERPs with XRumer/Scrapebox spam. If you do, come back here and tell us how easy it was.

What do you suggest for xrumer links and I thought that was the whole idea of negative seo (sending tons of shit profile links to a competetior and watching them disappear from the rank)

That's why I outsource my articles. I don't know either how come someone can write 50 unique articles for the same "link building" keyword with two rewrites each (150 total). I just pay and they magically appear in my inbox.

What about superspun articles from vita vee? Have yet to see that mentioned in this thread

In your example keywords are premutations so you don't need to do anything special.

What's the purpose? You can collect leads on any page or use the page as a doorway to the home page via anchored keyword link.

You'll be cannibalising keywords and making your life harder if you try to rank a single page for many keywords. You don't want to confuse Google with two pages on your site competing for the same keyword. By using inner pages you kill two birds, take care of links to inner pages (which you'd better have) and provide Google bot with the most relevant content for the keyword you're using.

Can you explain the bold to me a little more? I am new to doing local seo for lead generation.

Ok finished PHEW. Here are my thoughts.

01) Take notes in evernote. Skip all posts except Cash's and and any post he thanked (or responded to)
02) You can read expertpeon's posts but they seem overly complicated and he disappears later on in the thread
03) Watch how many times the same question gets asked. If people are too lazy to read the thread my guess is they are probably to implement this method.
04) Make sure your notes are good because the method evolves and tools get dropped, new tools added, etc.
05) Cash clearly has studied self improvement as he references limiting beliefs (along with Tony Robbins) in the thread (more people should study it. Beliefs form your reality. Here is an example. During the Vietnam war Americans ran out of Morphine. Soldiers were getting their fingers blown off, doctors lied, told them they had morphine, shot them up with salt water and the pain went away. That is now known as the placebo effect and has to be controlled for in all psychological experiments. That is the power of beliefs).

Yep. 14 days after I started my own version of this, my site got back to #27. It was nowhere to be found and I haven't done any backlinking other than what's described here. My keyword has 2,000,000+ exact searches/month, only in the US lol

It took me 18 freaking hours to complete everything haha, but it was worth every second.
I'm stuck in the part of sending AMR articles. Bought the program, followed the manual, downloaded 3 lists, scraped 150,000+ URLs with Scrapebox and finally I got 4600+ directories. After signing up, only 350 were left, and after submission, I got 75 approved, so depressing.

Can you share some tips to increase success rate?

What do you recommend for someone just starting and really can not afford all those progams at this time do you think outsourcing would be best (ex fiver, BHW Services)? Also if you had to pick a handful of of programs to accomplish this back linking process what would they be?

It is not as easy as you think. I tried to sink a few sites with XRumer. No luck yet.

Everything except video and article directories. Social networks, bookmarks, RSS, Web 2.0 profiles and press releases.

Reverse keywords IMO take care of themselves. I wouldn't do separate pages for nj chiropractor and chiropractor nj. Just one and build links for both anchors.

You can rank home page for a few unrelated keywords but I generally avoid it. The rule of thumb is, if keyword is not in title, you're swimming against the current. You can stuff only so much to the home page title.

Here is the example for multi-keyword approach for the homepage. Say, you are going after "nj chiropractor" and you also want to rank for "nj spine injury treatment". Suppose your site is http://www.njchiro.us Create a a page http://www.njchiro.us/nj-spine-injury treatment/ and optimise it for "nj spine injury treatment". Then use "nj spine injury treatment" anchor to link from this page to the home page. Essentially you want http://www.njchiro.us/nj-spine-injury treatment/ to be promoted for "nj spine injury treatment" but you are downloading all link juice to the home page via anchor link.

Then you run a promo cycle and use http://www.njchiro.us/nj-spine-injury treatment/ and http://www.njchiro.us and "nj spine injury treatment" keyword and, theoretically, you are going to rank a home page or even get a double listing.

I've studied self-improvement, NLP and some esoteric spiritual shit as well.

Most people fail at mindset level, not at technical skills. As a bare minimum everyone must read "Think and Grow Rich".

You can start with mini-version of this.

1) Manual Web 2.0 + video + PDF
2) More manual Web 2.0
3) Major social bookmarking - manual
4) Skip AMR articles for now
5) Manually create RSS feeds and add them to Feedage/Feedagg
6) Fiverr for XRumer blast
7) Fiverr for Scrapebox blast

The most important tool for me is SENuke as it can do Web 2.0, bookmarking, RSS and articles. Next is Scrapebox. XRumer is better outsource. 95% of people here will be better off outsourcing XRumer.
