So i just tried uploading 10 minutes of a 44 minute TV Show, But it got blocked worldwide. I even added a watermark and flipped the video, But still got blocked.

Anyone have any tips or solutions for this specific problem?

Also this channel always has episodes up, Never gets taken down for copyright and all he does is flip the video.

Do not upload the complete show , just a few minute video and name it SHOW TRAILER .. this should work .

p.S. :- i am out of video marketing now :P

I was never going upload the rest, Only the first 10 minutes.

Sometimes when I put together small fractions (1 min. at max) from various videos the video went allright.

I usually use this for songs

1) Go to "My Videos".
2) Select "Resolve Copyright" on the video you are having copyright issues with. OR, go to the video itself and choose "resolve copyright" from there.
3) Scroll down and pick the option "I want to learn more about this dispute process".
4) Scroll down and pick the option "Take me to the dispute form".
5) Pick option #2 and PASTE the following statement into the text bar next to it;

"Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use."

6) Fill out the rest of the info on the page. Use your REAL name where it asks for it. Choose "Continue" when all information has been filled out.
7) Scroll down on the next page and select "Submit dispute".

Within 2-3 minutes your video's audio should be back!
Dont know if it works for tv shows but you can give it a try :)

But can't they take me over court for this, If i choose to dispute.

Could you share an example?

I can't share an example but I can explain in more detail what I do:

So basically when I want to make a video about a pc game for example, I just download with keepvid a few nice videos about that game, then from every one of it I select and cut small parts in vegas movie studio, then I compile all the small parts in my own video.

Also, I can delete/mute any portion of the sound and add my own, or just level down the original sounds and add a melody in the background.

I'm also adding a title at the beginning, and an ending title at the end, the last usually with my call to action message.

Hope this helps.

How would i do this to a TV episode without annoying the viewer to the point of them wanting to click off the video?

So i tried adding a starting title and an ending title, flipping the video, adding a watermark and changing the colour style. Still blocked.

Someone is seriously on to you. Hmmmmmmm. i guess switch Niches?

Change the audio pitch too! We've discuss about it several month ago!

Sorry to break the bad news, but audio isn't even a problem. I am testing all these video clips with NO AUDIO. 75% size with random motion borers, flipped, changed color balance, i even tried some 3d effects to make the video look like a rhombus, made it even bigger on one side smaller on the other. Added a water mark, sped up to 120% Nothing works at all. Again there is no audio. It's switching between blocked in most countries and blocked world wide.
