Got my PR story as well and it's written really good. Just had to correct a word DC to PC and that's all.
 
I ordered 3-4 weeks ago and only received 1 report, although I placed 2 orders. Sent an email and received no reply!
I wouldn't recommend this service!
 
paid for 1 job: xxxxxxxxx6160F., some complaints here but i hope you will deliver timely.
 
Alwful service, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, IM WARNING YOU. Have ordered now for about 22 days, I received one report of one newswire, they claim 3 news wires and they claim you get a report from each one. I have seen NO increase in anything at all serp/pr/page views, nothing, this is terrible, do not buy of these, LQ service, Im warning you now, worse business decision I ever made.
 
I hope this don't happens to me, too.
Approved my press release today, but it has taken them a lot of time and first time they sent me an empty document...

If you are overwhelmed with orders, then please stop taking new ones!
 
I think the guy behind WiredWorx went to holiday or somewhat for 8 days?! Just not sure when that was exactly.

The last 3 order's were very well done, waiting to order more when the main guy is back.

If your guys is out then you need to send delay mail

Time = Money so give me PR or send me refund i will buy from another member.
 
Hey all,

Sorry about the delays we had to face during last 2 weeks. In fact, it was not my travel that affected the turn around time. I had made sure that regular work continues as usual even when I am away.

The actual problem was with one of the main news wires we use : Emailwire. Two weeks back they made some major changes to their review guidelines and due to this, we had to make changes to quite a lot of stories that were already approved by clients and around 25 already submitted ones. The changes include requirement of a minimum 50 word summary, inclusion of company name in the title etc. They also brought up a rule that a PR shouldn't mention words such as "Make money" or "save". Also, they are very strict on including a call-to-action in the PR.

They were not so rigid on these till 2 weeks ago, so we had to send almost 75 stories back to our writers and get necessary changes done on all of them. This landed us with a huge number of pending orders everything for immediate release.

At the moment we are working overtime to finish the delayed ones. We are also trying to make sure that the last set of orders that are not yet delayed gets completed on time as well.

We have disabled the order form for temporarily. We will be back up once we are sure that everything is cleared and we could deliver reports on time.

Once again, I apologize for this trouble. We are trying everything possible to clear the pending ones quickly.

We have already sent the PR to your email. Again, we had to make changes to it so that it complies with the new rules of Emailwire.

It's been 10 days since I placed my order. I received an email 3 days ago saying I will receive my article story within 24 hours and I still haven't received it yet. I understand there have been some difficulties, but if possible, I would love to get an update on the progress as this is really throwing off my schedule. Thanks.
