jv on email marketing service

I want to form an e-mail marketing service (icontact, aweber, getresponse alike). Most of the software systems are in production and to be ready very soon. However i am very flooded with other projects that i have, so trying to find a jv who is interested in running a service like this with me. Ideally I am bringing the technical infrastructure and all systems, and you are knowledgeable about the industry, and good at selling software, saas products to public. preferably experienced in email marketing.

I'm visioning a totally legal service, no spamming, no list selling, no black-hat "bulk" emailing.

I'd at least like to discuss it with you. I've been in email marketing since early 2008 and have used all three platforms you've mentioned. Plus, I know a lot of affiliates that use them.

If not me, I'm betting CoyoteAssassin would at least fit the bill as well.
