I'm afraid they will deny it.
Since I got an email from Paypal saying that they will track the order and pay me the money once he recieves the package (put his signature on it)
They even provided me with an return address.

Because he didn't accept the Claim and disputed it.

With mine he was the one who upgraded it to a claim. He also put a note on the claim saying that he wanted PayPal to refund me. What should I do? Should I ring them tomorrow or wait and see if they approve it?
 
How are Paypal going to refund money if the account was in the negative?

They won't just give out money without a guarantee they will get theirs surely in return. portugalkix has probably got away with screwing his customers for shit!

I was one of the lucky ones who got a refund and I did a dispute with a bogus tracking, it worked a charm. I don't think his account was in negative balance to be honest and the fact he refused to use team viewer to prove he was backs my theory up. The little shit acted stupid to fool people and it worked. IMO he would of went really far if he wasn't a massive dickhead and done what he did. He even had the pros helping him out to begin with! I really hope karma bitch slaps him. To everyone else who is trying to get a refund, I really hope you do.

So if his paypal account is currently in negative, does that mean people will not get their refunds? Not trying to sounds like a dick or scare people, just asking a question I've always wondered about.

It really depends on his setup, as far as I'm aware you can't remove your credit/debit card untill negative balance is paid. Unless he's contacted the bank or closed it. In the UK it is illigal to have a direct debit untill your 18 (I think that's right... I remember when I was 17 and made a fuss about some fees and managed to bump Paypal due to being underage and not allowing DD payments. I'm 19 now so I wouldn't be so silly to do it, I'm still not allowed a Paypal account!) I'm not up to date with the VVC and paypal methods, there maybe some trick to get round it.
 
Dont worry. even if the account is negative, you will get refunds. Just file your claims and disputes. Paypal uses their own revenue to refund their clients then go after the original seller to recoup their losses.

No way his Paypal account is negative.
He's trying to play everybody.

I think Paypal froze his account when all claims against him suddenly popped up from nowhere.
He has been doing nothing but trying to buy time to find out a solution last couple of days and he now believes he has found one.

First he tried the:

"You must cancel the dispute so I can return everybody money" bullshit and when that didn't work he simply returned the money of some users and requested all to change the claim from not received to not as described.

It's not Paypal that's requesting a return, it's himself, and the note he wrote to you, Paypal doesn't see that, it's between the buyer and seller.

I bet he's hoping everybody will write a bogus tracking id, and after a couple of days he's going to claim that he didn't received any returning goods hoping that Paypal will run the tracking ids, and clear him when they find all the bogus tracking ids.

If you have a filed a Not Received claim - write in the message, that the "item arrived" but it is not described, also tell Paypal you bought a SERVICE not a product. Or else he will use the "return with tracking" trick on you, and he will the dispute. You cannot enter 0000 as tracking # - Paypal checks this, I assure you. If you need to call paypal and explain to them, do that - but be sure you explain everything slowly and carefully; those CS agents are not very smart; and they work as 'robots'.

I'm not into Buddhism or anything like that, but I do believe that Karma is a bitch - I would not want to be him in the next 5 years! Maybe he'll learn a life lesson for what happens to him, maybe not... but I honestly believe that in the long run, he will regret his actions here.
 
I hate that little fuck. Sounds harsh but threatening him was the only language he understood. I might post him a big lump of dog shit.
