What is the best url shortener?

What is the best url shortener to use? I have 3 links I want to shorten so i can put them in ads. I might as well make a little money too. I would like to have a site that is reliable and actually pays in a decent amount of time. I was using another site, but it took 45 days to get paid.

Also I would appreciate if anyone had any working blackhat methods using url shorteners. I have other links I could use.

Here's another question. I used a program in the past for monetizing my links, but for gods sake I can't remember the name of it or where I got it from. It involved entering my link and a daily set of proxies. I also used my hide ip program as well.

I built a site that shortens links and gives you a control panel and all of that. Works on reddit too.
For monetizing links I use adfly but I have noticed that people get mad about the redirect advertisement wait time so I just stick with my site.

Lately, bit.ly has started showing warning messages for clickbank links. Visitors will simply avoid such links. I have started updating all my clickbank links that were shortened using bit.ly. It's better to setup a link shortner on your own domain and have full control rather than rely on other services that you don't have full control on.

Back to the topic, I guess OP is asking for url shortning service that pays to share links. ****** seems to be the popular one out there. I see those links all the time. Adfoc.us is another one you might want to check.

If you wish to monetize, I would recommend using AdFly. Although the payment amount is miniscule, I like their service as they are legitimate.

I tried bit.ly for statistics, but they don't allow affiliate links either. So I just put a go.php file on my server that does a 301 redirect to the affiliate: examplexcom/go/promo-1 => whatever affiliiate url you want.

If you use wordpress, try the redirection plugin. It includes stats, and you don't have to worry about uploading a php file every time you want to add or edit a link.
