When performing a speedtest.net test which servers i should connect to? So far the best speed that i got was 132Mbps download which is great however much less than 600Mbps that you posted.

Hi there,

I asked 4 days ago for my VPS to be moved to another server because for the past 2 weeks it has been very slow at connecting or not connecting at all. However there has been no reply to my ticket post so I have to ask here.

I have also been rebilled for the next month but although I want to keep the server , for the past 2 weeks I have been paying for a server that will hardly connect, I just want it to work so can you please do something before I make payment. I don't want to pay for non-connecting VPS as I have for the past 2 weeks therefore please fix it ASAP.
