How Well Would xRumer Work For My Situation

Okay here is my situation. Been working on a client site that is 2 years old, with about 2000 backlinks. Using only Whitehat techniques I have managed to get him from 10th page in google to the top of 2nd page in google for some very competitive keywords. And some competitive terms the site is ranking middle of front page for, but barely getting traffic as it isnt above the fold.

These keywords all generate about 22k-50k results a month according to the google keyword tool.

I would like to bump him up from the top of 2nd page to getting him on front page. Would a small slow xRumer campaign be the way to go? How well do you think it would do for me since the site is old and indexed well with a good amount of backlinks already. I ask only because it's would be the biggest software package I have ever bought, but if it can bump me to front page then I think it would be highly worth it!

i think xrumer in moderation would be able to bump you to page 1, depending on how tough the competition is.

I've researched my competition through yahoo site explorer. Most of the sites I am competing against for SERPs show about the same amount of backlinks as my site, about 1200-2000 (currently I have 1960 showing in yahoo)

So with that being said I was thinking it shouldnt be too hard maybe to bump them off? YaaY NaaY?
