Hey everyone! I'm Kyle and I recently found out about this site, and let me say, the wealth of information is amazing! I am currently trying to build up a stream of income through rental properties to where I don't have to "work". I don't need much to live on, though, and would be ecstatic with just 30k a year and not having to have a 9-5 job. I am about halfway there.
I would like to break into "online real estate" and diversify my income streams. I am somewhat new to IM. I am fairly proficient in wordpress and currently have a couple Amazon affiliate sites - only made like $5 in a month though so far. Also have a strictly dropshipping ecommerce store that hasn't made a sale, been up about a month. Haven't put much work into SEO yet though. I have watched the cloud blueprint video series and am interested in getting an email campaign and landing page similar to what Glenn suggests. I would also like to get into product creation (whether physical or digital) and put the effort up front to get the sales coming in day in and day out.
I have lofty ambitions, but hope to find my niche in whatever way I become successful at making it online. As for now, I am dabbling in each of the areas, but eventually will narrow my focus to whatever area becomes the most successful. Any comments appreciated and I hope to become a successful, contributing member to BHW!
