[JV] Site Flipping / Monetization JV - No Cost For You

Okay I'll come straight to the point. I'd like to start a website flipping/monetization JV. I'd like to do it from the scratch so it'll be a long term JV. I'm basically looking for someone who's expert in site flipping and will be able to guide regarding manual SEO. I have about 17 unused domains (not EMD or anything, I just bought them when I started IM). You can take a look at those domains and start with those or you can suggest domains to buy. I have an in-house writer and VAs so you just need to provide instructions for them.

What I offer from my side:

- Domains

- Hosting

- Unique Articles

- People to do manual work

- Listing fee on flippa


What you'll need to have:

- Experience of selling sites on flippa

- Knowledge that is required to guide VAs for manual works (SEO or whatever)


We can monetize sites with my adsense or your adsense. I'm also with a few CPA networks, we can use those too.

Drop me a PM if you are serious about it. I'll work with one person only. I'll need to see some proof of you selling sites on flippa.

We'll share the profit from site flipping 60/40 - 60 for me 40 for you.

We'll share the profit from other earnings (adsense,cpa) 50/50.

Hi Hameem since you're doing almost all the work and putting up all the investment, I'd suggest instead of the JV, why dont you just make some well earning site and contact meatheat. He charges some brokerage for selling sites but i bet its much less than 40%.

I've been creating sites and flipping them. Trust me, since you're putting up all the investment, 40% is a LARGE percentage and you may end up getting fed up of commiting to such a big % giveaway for not much work in the end.

Thank you for your suggestion. You have a point actually. The only reason I put up this JV is because I do not have the time to plan for these sites.

By the way, if I may ask, what kind of sites are you flipping? Are they monetized by adsense basically? I'd appreciate some guidance. I'd highly appreciate a PM if you wish to be secretive about it.
