You just have to use your new password when logging in if you have changed it for the members area. The members area and app login details are the same.

Forgive me if Im asking something already discussed. Has anyone actually seen a significant increase in traffic from doing this method. Everything sounds good but the niche I have for one of my site is tough to get the 1st page.. Its the kind of niche that most people wont leave the first page for..so again has anyone seen a big spike in sustainable traffic, or at least for the time the program is going?! My site converts very well the problem is getting targeted users there. Paying for ads isnt an option because the keywords are insane..even on facebook where ive gotten 1-2 cents per click before..this niche is too tough..so if some people can say their traffic has increased substantially im ready to buy.

I was actually hoping that someone else (another user) would answer this seeing as I have had many many users tell me their rankings have increased from using NHSEO. I can direct you to a thread where the poster was talking about getting his/her website to #1 in google with No Hands SEO Alone.

Also lots of users have talked about the quality of links that NHSEO creates. This is on top of the hundreds of posters across many different forums that have stated similar things of increased rankings and good links from using NHSEO.

Generally the users that see the best results are the ones that enter in their profiles and don't fiddle around with the settings too much, some users have too much of a desire to constantly play around with the settings but it really isn't necessary. Default settings are great for getting lots of backlinks and backlinks are probably the main force behind ranking improvements.

I have sent you a request for licence reset.
Also wanted to double check, i can run this on 2 machines, right? I want to run on home PC and on VPS

If you are Mr S I have just reset your machine list and replied to your email.

Yes you can run this on 2 machines simultaneously, so your local machine and a VPS is fine.

That was because of a change to the login server on Monday (forced by server host), the latest version can always be downloaded from the members area. The part of NHSEO that was broken by the sudden and unexpected change of login server hardware has now been taken out completely so it shouldn't ever happen again.

Will this software get us penalized after the latest Google update?
I heard that there are javascript trojans on a lot of the sites that NHSEO visits

Every day I spend hours dealing with emails and other support venues that are using NHSEO on their websites and seeing gains so I can honestly say there does not appear to be any link between sites getting penalised and NHSEO use. The penguin update (just like all updates prior to that and after that) did not target NHSEO users as plenty saw no change and some even saw gains.

I personally have and do use NHSEO on more than 20 domains and have yet to see a single ranking drop since using NHSEO through any of the many updates that have been released since NHSEO was released over a year ago.

I have no idea who wrote anything about javascript anything with regards to NHSEO. NHSEO does not (and never has done) download or execute any type of code or media so there is absolutely no chance of getting hit by any type of security threat with NHSEO.

If you are referring to the warning that pop up from some AV software this is purely due to NHSEO visiting sites that are not trusted by these software. These softwares are essentially checking every web request against a DB of their known good/bad sites and blocking some where they deem it not safe. The issue with them doing this is that it adds massive latency to every post (slows it all down), using up more system resources, increases bandwidth use and doesn't help anything.

No Hands SEO will never download or run any javascript, flash, html5, video, audio, css or any other type of code or media.

Wondering about something, using no hands for the first time today and was going fast at first, but now it's been at a complete stand still for the last hour or so

I put in tons of keywords for it to search that should come up with tons of results, but it's stuck at about 4000 comments attempted, nothings moving. Tried stopping and starting but it's still not finding anything or posting anything more.

Is there something I'm missing here?

In the vast majority of times this is due to using bad proxies (any list of proxies just found online is bad) and/or running too many searching threads. If you have no proxies and more than 1 searching thread you have most likely temporarily burnt out the IP address. You can switch to a different search engine or just give it an hour or so and carry on but with less searching threads.

If this is not the case you will want to provide me more information as otherwise I am just guessing as to what the problem could be.

So if my site is set up to target one main keyword per page, should I use the page profile instead of the website?

If page one is "dog barking" and page two is "dog scratching". I wouldn't want to build "dog scratching" anchor links to the "dog barking" page, right?

If I use the website profile and then dump in anchors, wouldn't I be building links that use "dog scratching" for the "dog barking" page.

Is my question making sense?

Basically you have a few options for best promoting a website profile.

You can enter a profile as a website and NHSEO will automatically crawl your website to find inner pages to promote and leave it as is. This will promote each page randomly using the details entered when you entered the profile.

Alternatively you can do the above and use the Profile Handler to add any pages missed or remove any pages you don't want to promote, you can also use the profile handler for setting different anchor texts for different pages. Setting different anchor texts for each page really is a great way to get laser targeted links with a totally relevant anchor text every time. Setting anchor texts per page really doesn't take as long as you may think.

The other main option as you mentioned is to enter each page in as a separate profile, this will allow youto use slightly different search keywords but it will result in posting multiple comments to the same website and will likely not result in many more links. I should expand on that, it will create more links and your numbers will definitely be higher but they will likely be from the same websites and as such not carry quite as much weight in terms of ranking improvement. There isn't exactly anything wrong if you are just looking for link numbers.

For overall quality and ranking improvement I would suggest adding as a website and either allowing NHSEO to crawl your website and/or enter a list of pages manually and then set individual anchor texts for each page (or the more important pages on your website.

Thats pretty much what it does for me for hours on end.. I always update it with fresh proxies.

Ok, so I followed what you said, which was great. I set it up as a website and let the program find the pages on my site. I ran it for maybe 20 mins or so. Stopped, went in and added specific anchor text for each page. Then turned it back on to run for a bit more.

I just went in to look at the pages, and it picked up all the same pages again. So now I have the pages it found the first time, with the anchor text that I added for each, and then there is a duplicate page right by it, but without the anchor text because I didn't add it.

Why is it picking up the same pages on my site again? Shouldn't it know it already has that page? How do I delete the extra duplicate pages?

Where are you getting the proxies from? If you are just pulling them from a website or checking that they work then chances are they are not fit for purpose. If you are using public proxies you need to be using a tool that not only checks if they are working but whether they are anonymous and good for use with whichever search provider you are choosing to use. Also really the tool needs to be able to constantly update a .txt file with the latest fresh list of checked proxies for NHSEO to load in.

A lot of the time people are far better off not using the proxies and leaving the settings as default rather than using public proxies.

You could take a look in your log as this shows exactly what is happening with the tool. If you are getting lots of "Added 0 targets" it is very likely that your proxies are bad.

Duplicate pages should never be added, each time a page is found it is checked against the list of current pages and not added if it already exists. I'm going to take a look at why this happened and should have a fix out later on today if there is an issue with it and will update here if there is an issue with it.

It is very easy to remove any pages you don't want, just highlight then right-click and then "Remove page" and then save the project.

I have found and fixed the bug. I just have to re-package it up and I will upload it as soon as it is ready, hopefully no more than about 30mins.

Jimbobo, I should probably ask this on the support forum, but I'm here so I'll ask it. I want to move everything I've got set up with NHSEO on a laptop to a desktop without having to set up each profile all over again. Is there a good, easy way to transfer all the data?

Thanks for the update.

Any chance of ever getting other captcha options? Like Decaptcher

Yeah it is quite simple. First you should install NHSEO to your new machine and then go to your old computer and open up the "My Documents\No Hands SEO" folder. In this folder is a DATABASE.db3 file, copy this file to the relative folder on your new computer. This will copy all of your settings and profiles so you won't have to start again.

Thanks for the update.

I could definitely look into it, isn't death by captcha cheaper and just as reliable though? Its been a little while since I used a captcha solver other than dbc. Any input into users preferences is much appreciated.
