does HDFC VCC still works with paypal?

just a question..... i got a new HDFC account.... and will recieve my credit card in 3 months ( i have not chosen for FD deposite Credit card)........

so does nesafe works with paypal these days?

HDFC's netsafe credit can't be used to verify paypal. Try getting a new credit card. OR
Use your HDFC back account to verify paypal. There is an option in paypal verification, using that - paypal will deposit 2 small amounts to your bank account. See your back statement and enter the correct amount in paypal, simple your account got verified.
