I made a thread in the BST section yesterday. Thereafter, I sent a pm to three moderators who were online at that time. I had yet not heard back from any one of hem regarding verifying the quality of my service. I tried the chat option but got no response. Since this is my first time, I want to know if I am missing something here. Thanks

It just takes them a while I think to get to them.

One day isn't long enough.

"If you do not receive a response from the staff after two weeks, assume that your thread has been denied."

HERE ARE THE RULES
Which response is mentioned here ? The initial response I am waiting for or the response after reviewing my service ?

I linked you so you could read it in context. You messaged them, so if they don't respond in two weeks after sending your PM, I'd think they aren't interested. That's what I got out of it.

Initial response
Are you sure? Also, if it is true, how can I improve the chances of getting accepted next time. I mean I do fulfill the criteria mentioned there and I am ready to get the service reviewed as per the rules.

Honestly, if they deny you, it will probably be because you still have a low post count. Even though, you are jr vip, you are barely over your 100 posts to be a jr. vip. And even though the rule doesn't really say you can't have a bst at 100 posts, they probably want you to gain a little more reputation before starting a bst. That is to protect members.

Just my opinion.

Even if this is the case, I do not have any problem waiting and building more reputation here. But if someone from the moderators can confirm the reason, it would have been better.

You're speaking in past tense. They've most likely not made their decision yet, and considering it's been one day...this is all speculation. Why not give it some time before assuming anything?

The main thing is to just be patient. As Marusia said earlier, it takes time, and 1 day is nowhere near enough time to know. Just give them time. They are busy and get hundreds of pm's daily.

Edit: Also I would like to add that what I said above was only my opinion and I have no way what so ever of knowing if it is an accurate statement or not.

Guidelines for Posting and Receiving Approval
For Your BuySellTrade Thread:

1. You must have 100 or more quality posts.
2. You must have donor status.
3. You must have been a forum member for 90 days or more.
4. You must be free from infractions and bans.
5. Your product/service must comply with all BHW rules, including but not limited to, no forums, no coaching, no illegal services. Check the rules before deciding on a thread.
6. Your thread should include clear contact and refund policies.
7. Your product and service must be of quality and priced reasonably. BHW staff will be the sole arbitors of this.
8. You must have 10 or higher reputation.

How To Submit A BuySellTrade Thread

If the above applies please complete the next set of steps:

1. Create your thread, it will go into a moderation queue. You should keep a copy of the thread text and title. Make sure your thread is a final edit, write it in Word first.
2. Send a PM to a one or more of the BHW staff, this should:
3. Include a brief summary of your proposed product/service and the pricing at the top of the PM.
4. Include the title used for your BST thread.
5. Include the full text of your proposed BST thread.
6. Include requirements, if any, for the moderator to review your service.
7. NOT be sent to 'Moderators In Training'.
8. It is required that a Moderator review your service, and it is expected that you provide the top level package or service if this is applicable. If you are unable to provide this, you are unable to service the large market that BHW provides.
9. Wait patiently to hear back from the staff regarding your BST, DO NOT send follow up PMs requesting the status of your thread.
10. If your thread is approved pay a $30 listing fee via PayPal to [email protected] .

NOTE: Also, upon approval, be sure to send a PM to WizGizmo or blackhit
and ask for your product name to be placed on BHW's "Do Not Share" list to
prevent other members from sharing your product.

Because I'm sure the moderators don't receive PMs from any other members on this board that are of equal or greater urgency, and definitely don't have lots of other tasks to attend to, and therefore must reply to you immediately because they are online and are therefore required to respond within your preferred time window. Sounds about right.

hey wait 2,3 days buddy..Mod will definitely catch you asap.Because they are always busy and they have to review bunch of new threads.

i think you have to wait for more time, i remember a guy waited for 2 months to get his service approved...

Are you serious ? Can you give a link to the thread ?
You have seriously got to calm the fuck down. Do you have anxiety issues or something? Yes, it takes time. Holy crap. Things take time to get done! No way! Go to any of the BST threads and look at the original post date and the date of the approval post and you'll get an idea of how long it takes! Damn man.

You gave a logical response here. I checked the BST threads and there is time difference between posting difference and approval date. I case I found it to be one day but I guess that it might be for more reputed members. I will patiently wait for a pm now. Thanks for your reply.

I am sorry to bump this thread but it had been 10 days and I didn't heard anything from any mod. I do not say that my BST should be approved but at least I should be informed what is the problem from my side. If I do not get any response (even negative) from a mod, it feels very discouraging. I have tried to improve my reputation also in this time interval. I hope someone sees this and asks a mod to post a small message regarding the situation of the BST.
