I want to learn link building

I have read here on BHW whatever I could find. What I haven't learned is EXACTLY how you build links. You go to high PR d0f0llow sites and leave your website link in comments or anywhere you can find a place to leave the link? Or is there any other method?

I will be very grateful to anyone who could help me with this.

Actually, I did. But I didn't read old threads as I wasn't too sure if those will still be effective after Panda and Penguin.

Some good sites to link on are social networking sites (Facebook, Twitter) and bookmarking sites (Digg, Delicious). Web 2.0s aren't that bad either if you use them as your first tier. Then link bookmarks, and article directories as second tier. I've had some strong success even after the Google updates. Just keep it unique, and high quality.

All of the old techniques.. They STILL work. nothing has really changed.

You submit content, or blog, or article, or post and you leave your link along with it.

Press releases, blog comments, forum profile links, link pyramids, web 2.0's, article directories, web directories, social bookmarking the list goes on and on

methods from years ago are still working if you do them right... of course you can forget about scrapebox blasting money site.. but natural link building especially with unique content + unique IP's should be good to go

yes, you are right. You have to leave your website link with comments but leave relevant comments so that site owner accepts it.
