Hi,
we use generic anchor texts too and also if you want you can enter more than 2 keywords,we have customers using upto 8 keywords.Also you have the option of diversifying keywords each week as well.

yes your work is ON.
We track the billing manually to make sure your account doesn't miss a single submission since sometimes due to ordering at the mid of the week a submission may get missed next month. Hence all billings are checked manually each week to make sure all week submissions are activated and accomplished properly.

Not sure what you meant by bonus reports,but for each week we provide at least one report of bonus links(in addition to the normal links each client gets) for all clients.
