Have a quick search and you'll find a good few, Extreme Wiki Poster by extremephp is one, there are also many other available including ultimate demon.

I like Extreme Wiki Poster - very fast

I use Nuclear Wiki Gangster v.2.1, it gets the job done, but all the profile names are the same unfortunately. Other then that it's great, proxy support, spin support, all u do is import list and click go, and it exports the links as they are posted.
