best / cheapest way to send / receive text messages.

I need to accept thousands of text messages a day...with a throughput of around 200 an hour. have been using android apps for this, but they cap the number of texts to something like 50 an hour.

I need 10 digit numbers, not short codes. Can someone suggest a service that will fill this for me?
