Looking for a script/site design similar to these

Create poll, with login/create account feature, poll categories, and reports/analytics (basic) for each poll. Anyone know of a script that does this? If one doesn't exist, how much will something like this cost to design/develop?

the survey plugins aren't going to be close to what this is going to be. I'm wondering how much something like those sites would cost or if there is some script similar to this

ok cool thanks, still debating whether I'm actually going to do something about it, won't know until next week. Client was asking about it and just on hold awaiting to hear back.
