Well... you have to send the Panda USB back to them, don't you. I mean you get the replacement USB from them so you have to send your own "not usable Panda USB stick" back to them.

The Panda USB stick is the original one. You have to send it back, but most probably you don't even have it.

What I want to say, that whoever started this thread just gets other people into a trouble.
