If you have the full version of Abobe (not just the free Reader), you can "print" that ebook from Scribd as a PDF... or you could dig into the flash actionscript and find where it's pulling the file from.

I would like to have that also, but the problem with such software is that it will soon become outdated and useless. With the rate that torrent sites come and go, and algorithm changes, making that software would be a great headache for its creator.
