GSA Search Engine Ranker - Extremely Powerful Linkbuilding Software (Free 5 Day Trial)

Hi, can you clarify the reason for the wrong billing information? I want to buy. But if I click the Paypal link, it takes me straight to a website called Digita River. The site demands my credit card details which I am not ready to give anyone on the net. Why did you guys put Paypal when you are not using it. It is illegal, unless Digital River has hijacked your payment page.

not sure what link you are using but GSA use plimus.com?

Anyone having issues with captcha sniper periodically crashing with this?
It's a pain as it crashes every few hours and then eats through my DBC balance :(

Is there a fix that anyone knows of? Anyone using CSSE?

Also - anyone have any lucj with Captch Infinity?

Thx

try lowering your thread count, GSA can eat up your resources which can in turn kill CS!
Also look at your timeout and raise it if required, you can also give the non CSSE a try

3.40 is ready for download.
No idea whats in this one, been stopping my projects for well over an hour

On behalf of Lee who is still beating his PC with the edumakation stick..... lol

3.40 - new: ability to uncheck engines that use special data (e.g. Polish descriptions)
Use the popup menu on the field and choose "Disable Engines that use this"
- new: gui improved in some parts
- new: logins and passwords can now be generated randomly
- new: random emails are now based on the name to create more good looking fake data
E.g. you comment with name "John Doe", then the email might look like [email protected]
- new: a lot engines improved again
- new: improved "Auto Fill" (tool button) in project data
- new: added a default value for "About Yourself" since many people didn't know what to use there
- new: submission speed improved a bit (maybe even less cpu usage)

Two hours and its still stopping projects. Tip, dont run lots of projects
About fifty projects running on my pc at present

Has anyone asked for a schedule feature to be added
That way you can submit to directories every other day, once a week etc
Using the stop after x amount of entries works to an extent, but if your updating the software daily, the time and amount of submissions, gets reset on every restart

The same with keywords: Sometimes I've to stop (to update) SER while a "good" keyword is used and after every new start it selects another randomly.

For those that use it the SEO Indexer has been updated to 1.28

Thanks. Did you ever found a changelog?

No but to be honest i haven't looked in a while but good news is it seems Sven has listened and added a new feature to it as I updated mine in the middle of working and when it came back it asked if i wanted to contiune with aborted url's!

never did that before

it also seems faster? it is zipping through now!

I really like updates - but sometimes its hard to to know what's changed and how to take the most advantage out of it.

EDIT: I like the way SER has a changelog. The only thing which could be improoved would be to take a look at the changelog before upgrading to see if it's worth (for users who aren't on BHW and have a "Lee" or "Bouquet" who provide a changelog).

I've got SI too, but I'm not really using it atm, because it takes too much time/bandwith. It's overall "cheaper" (if you include bandwith/time) to use an external service for me.

I have requested Sven add a change log to the SI like the one in SER so we can know what has updated etc.
We'll have to wait and see if he implements it?

I haven't noticed it use to much resources, how many threads do you run it with?

I've experimented with different thread numbers, but 10 is to slow (takes about 1 hour/link) and if I use more, it takes too much resources which I would like to provide for SER. I think it's cheaper to use the resources for more threads @ SER instead using them just for indexing.

Are you using the scraper for proxies or private proxies?
Private proxies frees up some resources
I was running 60 threads and best part of 50 projects over night on an i7 win 7 64 bit machine with no problems

Don't know what I'm doing wrong but when I create and run a social bookmarking project the software only
selects the first keyword out of 6 in the Keywords field instead of selecting them randomly.
They are separated by a "," no quotes.

I have the first two boxes underneath it checked.

When I run the test the keywords are random but I checked the posted links and all of the keywords
it uses for anchor text are the same, selecting only the first keyword.

Any ideas?

Maybe your spintax isn't formatted correctly? The anchor text comes from the anchor text box not the keywords box. If its for social bookmarks then the information in your "titles" field would be used as the anchor text. Did you spin your titles?

If you go down to the bottom where it says payment options you should be able to select "paypal" and checkout using that.

I'm using 70 private (shared) proxies / 100 threads (atm, in a VM who has 6 cores of a i7, 2GB RAM) - but atm only for searching. It took too much bandwith using them for everything. Atm as far as I know there are only the possibilities to use them for searching only OR for everything. What I really would like would be possibility to use them for searching and for POST form data - but not for downloading anything other that isn't nessesary. This would be a way to stay annonymous, using only less bandwith over the proxies and having nice speed.

How do i stop the program from verifying links, and only submit them? I thought it would be a case of unchecking 'verify submitted links' from within the 'options' tab, but it still seems to send links to the 'last verified urls' section on the right hand side of the program. I simply want to blast out links, not verify them.
