I am looking to have somebody invest 10 dollars for two ratings into their services and two ratings into mine. Essentially this arrangement will result in us having a 2 dollar loss, but what rating isn't worth a dollar? You will not have the service done by me, and I will not expect you to do the service for me. We are merely doing a rate exchange. I will send a text file with some lorem ipsum otis text in it to look as if you have a report. I will send you the information about the ratings as well.

Short:

• You buy two gigs to my service, I buy two to yours
• I send you a fake text file as your report, you do the same
• We both rate each other's gigs up with the comment we want the other to put
• We walk away after we are done

That's exactly what this is. Get your gig ratings up and your overall score up. Gigs to order are sent over skype and everything is rather low key.
