Unfortunately I am in sort of the same boat. Their support is extremely slow. I marked a ticket urgent and it's been two weeks. For me, that is slow. I believe they are getting sued or something like that currently. I moved on to a different network

Here's a tip, send them the form as fast as possible as it takes them a month to update your account information, at least that's what happened to me.

Wow, some real horror stories in this thread. No way in hell is it acceptable to make your Affs wait 2 weeks or more for a payment.

payments received around 80$ of 200$ i think they paid me for very first month only...lol i have to wait one more month i think

Hey OP - I'd like to first off apologizing for the slowness in responses from accounting, we're in the process of growing our support team so they can better handle problemed.
