Anything can be done if you have a strategy (and enough money)...
I don't think there's really enough info from MS to make a good decision these days (no social signals, for example)
However, 80% of your competitors have both DMOZ and Yahoo directory backlinks - they mostly look like low authority pages on high authority websites.
If it's your first time trying to rank something, it may not be what I would pick.

if this is your first attempt at ranking a site, i would pass on this one. look at #7. thats tough competition and since its at 7, we can say there are 6 others that will be even tougher to beat.
pick a really easy kw for your first try. something that gets 300 searches per month. you wont make any money but it will be much easier to see the effects of the backlinking and optimization that you decide to go with.
once you see what kind of works and what doesnt work, you'll be able to rank for easy kw's, and then move up the ladder to more challenging ones

Depend your site and your experience. If your site is new site, dont compete with that competitor....

Can you share with us that for your keyword what are the top 3 results in Google search? Are they authority sites like Wikipedia, YouTube or amazon?
I think if there are authority sites then its gonna be hard to rank for a newbie according to your market samurai stats..
