Coder needed!!

Okay, I need a person who is experienced in coding/designing websites.

I've already got a plan worked out, I just need someone who is willing to do one of two things:
1) Design a website from the ground up, then coding a tool that should function quickly for website visitors (I'll explain what the tool is in PM)
2) Find a basic script of a website and code/enhance the design and tool so it looks fantastic and attractive.

If you can do any of the two above and can build tools for websites, then this is your JV.
Payment will be 1-3 months of 50% profit from the website, depending on the method you choose (either #1 or #2 above) and the final product. Will pay extra for custom requests after your work is done.

As I said, the plan is already figured out and I'm expecting to make a lot of money out of this (I can't say exact amount, but perhaps $250/month or most likely a LOT more)

You should clarify what you mean by "tool". I associate the term "tool" with a desktop app, but that is not really compatible with your requirement "function quickly" if you compare it to something that runs in the browser.

Like most regular people, I prefer not to reveal my plans because they can steal it if they so choose.
Still looking for a programmer/designer to program a tool and also design my website.

Paying 1-3 months of half profit!!!

Got a few people interested but I have to wait a while until they respond.
so, I still need a web designer and programmer for this JV.

Plan is already figured out and you will get 1-3 months of PURE 50% PROFIT. Paying even more than that if you do a good job and do extra work.
