Hey, congrats! It can take a while to get started in this business and its easy to feel like its never going to work out.

Keep up the good work and don't get discouraged!

keep up the good work ! and i am following ur blog now :) to see wht u achieve

Just thought I'd give a quick update. We're finished off May with a little over $1600 and our daily adsense income is now over $110. So it seems we've had quite a big increase since last month :) We're hoping to really pump that daily number up much higher in this month of June.

----------------------------

So what exactly are we doing?

We research keywords using Long Tail Pro and SEMRush
We're looking for keywords with:

At least 1000 exact local search volume
At least $1 CPC

In the first page of Google the competition is:
Low PR (looking to see at least 2 PR 0)
Keyword not in description and title
Low quantity/quality backlinks

We're paying special attention to keywords that have other "sniper sites" (sites that contain the keyword in their domain name). A lot of times seeing this is a good sign that we can rank in the top 10.

For backlinks we will be using 2 different strategies:

1) Magic submitter to build 2 layers of backlinks. First layer is Web 2.0, Article Directories, Videos, Social Bookmarks. Second layer is Social Bookmarks and RSS.

2) Using a VA SEO team we hired through odesk to build content links on high pr blogs.

OP,

Just curious what your tools and outsourcing you are utilizing. If any is from our bst thread it would be great to promote them as a good service providers.

Congratulations and great future success to you.

We utilize Long Tail Pro, Magic Submitter, and we use Odesk for outsourcing. All articles are outsourced to our writers and we also outsource SEO to a VA SEO group that we found on Odesk as well.

Lets see $110/day earning proof?

We'll probably update the screenshots on our blog soon to show what we end with by the end of June. Hopefully we'll hit our goal by then and have some good numbers to show :)

Awesome man! Looks like you've found a system that works.

Now the trick is scaling that. My recommendation would be to push that $450/mo. into one or two full time VA's to help you build the sites, perform SEO, and what not.

That'll allow you to focus on the bigger picture stuff and grow your enterprise accordingly.

That's actually exactly what we are doing :)

Content links, as in comments, or guest blogging?

The SEO team only mentions they build 150 High Authority content links.

This is why we still are working on doing our own manual SEO and our own PR blog network. We eventually would like to have complete control over all backlinking that takes place.
