I've heard of it before, but I want to know what the name is. Basically, this is the process.

1. Install wordpress.
2. Get a template.
3. Find a niche.
4. Spin 5-15 articles from ezinearticles.com.
5. Post them on the Wordpress.
6. Get a domain name related to the niche.
7. Go onto Sitepoint and sell the site for ~$300.

OK, thanks, I just wanted to know about it. I know I'm new to Internet Marketing, but there really was no need to just shout it at me. A simple, "that's called 'website flipping'" would do.

Apologies for ummm "Shouting". There have been some very basic questions asked on this forum lately and I'm getting slightly testy about it.

The list should probably go something like this:

1. Find a niche.
2. Get a domain name related to the niche. (preferably aged)
3. Install wordpress.
4. Get a template.
5. Spin 5-15 articles from ezinearticles.com.
6. Post them on the Wordpress.
7. Get traffic and backlinks
8. Go onto Sitepoint and sell the site for ~$300.

DP can be a good place to sell your first couple of sites, just to get you up to speed on what to do.

Think you'll find that's actually called amateur blog flipping. That's what most do.

Now, 'Go onto Sitepoint and sell the site for ~$1,300...and that is Professional Blog Marketing...lol! (Or maybe that should be Profesional BLAG Marketing).

Well, anything that can add value to the final selling price, I like embedded you tube videos, keeps the visitor on your page. Keep the video niche related, throw a few comments of your own as well.

Blog Flipping, Website flipping, the only difference is the CMS used.

Instead of Wordpress I used Yahoo site builder, but Wordpress is damn easy, and very customizable.

Until you have enough traffic to look impressive to a buyer.

Earnings is always a selling point, Adsense profit is always good to show a prospective buyer.

If I get that good I'll probably just keep it LOL.

Well, technically, it isn't FLIPPING if you're starting from zero. Flipping is when you buy a shit site, make it better (traffic, income, design, or any combination of these), and then resell it. House flipping is not the same as new home construction. Samesame.

What you're talking about is really developing sites "on spec". Build it, and hope they'll buy.

Less people have disposeable income right now, so the blog builders are bitching on sitepoint about how nobody's buying, or how people are paying less than they used to.

Currently, its not a business line that attracts me.

I've alway thought that most buyers would consider 10 articles a starting point to build the site into a money maker.

I guess with the economic conditions right now you could slowly build a few up over several months, then it's payday when you sell, probably get more than you thought too. I've followed Justin Brooke's method for a while, he is now concentrating on traffic and monetizing solutions. I guess if you do it correctly you could make some great coin.
