With that definition it must have been black hat (at it's finest) that I was doing on the supermarket for some day's ago when I tricked my son into eating one of those damn hot orange pepper, telling him that it was a sweet mini paprica (they look the similar).

I am a webmaster and I tricked my son to eat that pepper and that's not the same as black hat in my book but according to the definition you added it should be...

(I didn't really trick my son into eating anything. I'm not that cruel. This was just an hypotetical scenario to be able to make a point here )
