June 8, 2012 Panda Update Confirmed

I thought something had changed, but hadn't heard of any updates at the time.

Considering this and what people are saying, I would suggest its probably more than 1%!

no movement here, but one of my websites jump some spot to #4 for main keyword

One of my sites gained over 100 uniques a day, my previous high was 96, yesterday it hit 179. saw 4 keywords that I was in the top 10 for, jump an average of 3 spots higher. Today I noticed some other large jumps for keywords on the same site:
36->18
31->19
48->24
47->28

I did notice though that I had some new sites that I was hoping would come out of the sandbox soon, who looked like they were starting to crawl out ( a few keywords sitting in the 70s-90s) all dissapeared (dropped out of top 100). It doesnt really make any sense because all 3 sites, none had any backlinks at all yet, none were spun content or anything like that. All quality sites, so im assuming they may have tweaked something with the sandbox also.

Either way, what I have noticed with Panda and Penguin both, is that if you give google what they are looking for, these updates help you not hurt you.

My sites were affected A LOT. And i used just one technique to rank them. So from that we can make conclusion of what it had affected.
My backlinks were just from 2 sources: Web2.0s and Article Directories.

I love how they always say that. It will only affect 1% of the search. It's always more like 25%.

Exactly, I find this hilarious, I'm pretty sure these numbers are just made up to make it sound like the algorithm updates are isolated cases when in reality it affects way more than 1% of the SERPs.

Was hoping you were gonna say something besides web2.0s as everyone uses web2.0s so i don't think it was that. Same with article directories. Since google came out and said its a panda refresh, i'm assuming its more on-site than off-site but thats just my hunch.

Few of my newer sites got good improvement, but my older sites took a 10-15spot drop.. damn google never ending with these updates... Everyone get ready because seems this is going to be the normal 1-2 updates monthly...

Sometimes I wonder if panda is all on site or if there's something more to it. My $3 per article MNS sites with spun web 2.0 backlinks are all fine, but my large site with $10+ articles and unique content backlinks have dropped off first page.

Traffic 20% up, conversions down. Overall slightly negative effect. It seems panda likes my site more than fucking penguin though. Lol, yeah, 1% my ass.

i found 2 of my clients website related to restaurant decreases their ranking huge.

Rest others are doing good or maintain their position.

I moved up a couple of places pretty much accross the board, very good as lots of #3's becaime #2's and #5's became #4's etc.

My private network took another hit though and lost a few more sites. (still only lost just over 10% with all these updates)

thats crazy that your private network took a hit...

do you use lots of spun content on the network? or why do you think your private network got hit...?

is it only you that uses this network?
